Who Are We?

MATLIAM RESOURCES LIMITED is a dynamic Limited Liability company incorporated in Nigeria in 2015, with a vision to seize opportunities in various industries including the oil and gas industry. Our journey began with the maintenance of heavy-duty equipment for Schlumberger Nigeria Limited, now known as SLB. With Head office situated in Port-harcourt and operational base and facilities in the Trans-Amadi Industrial Layout.

In 2016, we expanded our horizons by incorporating MATLIAM ALLIED ENERGY LIMITED, a subsidiary dedicated to the oil and gas sector. Our inaugural project involved collaborating on the installation of a tank farm in Ibefun, Ogun State for PETROLEX OIL AND GAS LTD. PALM MEADOWS AGRO-ALLIED INDUSTRIES was also incorporated in 2016 to facilitate the production of agricultural based bio-degradable Loss Circulation Material (LCM) in drilling fluids.

By 2017, MATLIAM had secured a significant contract for cementing services from NPDC (now NEPL) for the OML111 project. We successfully completed over six wells in partnership with SLB, even navigating the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic with agility and compliance.

2023 saw MATLIAM increase its stake in N2 Energy Limited (LN2 production) to 50% and the Procurement of its 1st Milling Plant and mining operations.

Since then, MATLIAM has diversified its service offerings to include maintenance, cementation, intervention, logistics, mining, manufacturing and chemical supplies. Our commitment to excellence has positioned us as a leading force in the Sub-Saharan African oil and gas sector, backed by over 120 years of combined oilfield and project management expertise.
